Captain Frank J. Tenore (Capt. Frank) 

Owner and Operator 

Capitan Frank holds a US Coast Guard 100 Ton Masters license and is the owner and operator of Fins on Feathers Charters for over the past 30 years. He is a life long resident of New Jersey and has fished his entire life in the Raritan Bay area. Captain Frank has also run several other charter and party boats out of the New York bight. Throughout the year Captain Frank presents seminars about fishing in the Raritan Bay at several different fishing expos, sportsman’s clubs and local power squadrons. He is an active member of Bergen County Salt Water Anglers, American Littoral Society, Hudson River Fishermen’s Association and Leonardo Party and Pleasure Boatman’s Association.

First Mate Christina

Christina aka Chrissy First Mate or the Porgy Pounding Princess has been fishing with her father Captain Frank since she could stand.  Christina’s is a Licensed School Counselor whose passion for fishing is inspiring.  She has a caught many specious of fish from Sharks to Halibut but her favorites will always be Porgies and Tuna. Christina loves to teach young anglers how to fish and will always try to out fish any male anglers onboard.
